Red Dot Auction at the Chuck Jones Center

"Genius at Work"

Sorry for the remarkably long silence. I've gotten really out of the habit of keeping this blog up to date.

I was recently invited to participate in the annual Red Dot Auction at The Chuck Jones Center for Creativity. Which means I got an opportunity to paint Wile E. Coyote, which was awesome. I tried to work in as many references to the cartoons as I could into the piece, and I'm really happy with how it turned out.

The event itself was really fun, the auction went well, and a bidding war even broke out over my piece! It was great to be able to help out a worthy cause, and a truly fantastic group of people.

So my allowing you to watch Looney Tune as a child finally paid off. :)
